Question 1

How does Wrenone remember chatters between streams?

Accepted Answer

When your stream ends, Wrenone automatically notes down things your chatters talked about—like their favorite games, their PC setup, pets, and inside jokes. When they return to your stream days or weeks later, Wrenone remembers them, welcoming them back like a true regular.

Question 2

What does the bot pay attention to when it replies?

Accepted Answer

Wrenone reads what the chatter just said, glances at the last few messages in chat to get the current stream vibe, and checks what it knows about that viewer. It crafts a short, friendly reply that feels natural and keeps your chat flowing.

Question 3

Does a viewer's memory get shared with other streamers?

Accepted Answer

Never. Everything learned in your stream is scoped strictly to your channel. A viewer's facts in your chat will never be visible to, accessed by, or shared with any other creator, and channel data is never sold.

Question 4

What can I search from the streamer dashboard?

Accepted Answer

You can ask plain-English questions about your stream—like 'what games did chat recommend today?', 'what was the funniest moment?', or 'what was @viewer talking about earlier?' Wrenone finds the exact moments in chat and gives you an instant summary.

Question 5

Can I search past stream chats?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can search across recent broadcasts directly from your dashboard search bar, sorted from newest to oldest, without having to scrub through hours of past VODs.

Question 6

Can I watch live chat in the dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The Chat Activity tab shows your live incoming Twitch chat in real time. You can filter by chatter username or keyword, and see exactly when and how Wrenone stepped in with a reply.

Question 7

Can I view, edit, or delete memories stored about a viewer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have complete control. In your Viewers tab, you can view every regular's profile, see what facts are saved, add your own notes, or delete any fact with a single click.

Question 8

Is my chat data private, and is it used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

Your channel data is scoped to your stream and is never sold or shown to other creators. Wrenone operates on Google Gemini's free tier, where Google may process chat text under its unpaid service terms to improve its machine learning models. Streamers can view, edit, or delete stored facts at any time in the dashboard.

Question 9

How long does setup take, and do I need to know how to code?

Accepted Answer

Setup takes under 2 minutes with zero coding. Just log in with your Twitch account, click connect, and add the bot as a moderator in your chat (/mod Wrenone). You're ready to stream.

Question 10

Does Wrenone work on YouTube, Kick, or TikTok?

Accepted Answer

Wrenone is built specifically for Twitch right now to deliver the fastest, most reliable chat experience. Support for other platforms will come in the future.

Question 11

Does Wrenone replace my existing bots like Nightbot or StreamElements?

Accepted Answer

No, it works alongside them! Keep Nightbot or StreamElements for your custom commands (!discord, !lurk) and link protection. Wrenone acts as your friendly conversation co-host that talks with your community.

Question 12

How much does Wrenone cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is free for everyone. You get full access to the Creator Dashboard and core AI viewer memory with no credit card required. Paid plans starting at $6.99/month will launch soon for higher message volumes.

Question 13

Will the bot spam my chat or talk too much?

Accepted Answer

Never. You get a simple 0% to 100% chattiness slider in your dashboard. You decide how talkative Wrenone is, and it automatically spaces out its replies during busy stream moments so your chat never feels spammed.
