At Wrenone, accessible from wrenone.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by Wrenone and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

Wrenone collects minimal information necessary to operate our AI Twitch chatbot and community memory engine. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

• Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your Twitch OAuth data, which includes your public channel profile, email address, and username.
• Chat & Memory Data: When connected, our service processes chat messages transmitted via Twitch EventSub to extract high-level context, recurring topics, and community jokes.
• Payment Information: No payments are collected today because paid plans are not available yet. No payment processor is currently active or named.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our AI chatbot service.
• Improve, personalize, and expand the contextual responses of your specific chatbot persona.
• Understand and analyze how you use our website and service.
• Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
• Communicate with you for customer service, updates, and promotional purposes (you may opt-out of marketing emails at any time).
• Process your transactions and manage your subscriptions securely.
• Find and prevent fraud and abuse of our systems.

3. AI Processing & Data Scoping

Viewer chat messages and extracted facts are processed by Google Gemini to generate natural replies and remember community details. Because Wrenone operates on Google Gemini's free plan, this processing is subject to Google's terms for unpaid services. Under these terms, Google may use submitted content and generated responses to improve its products and machine learning technologies, and human reviewers may read samples for quality review.

Memories built by Wrenone are scoped to each channel, are not shown to other streamers, and are not sold.

4. Cookies

Wrenone uses session cookies solely to authenticate your account and keep you signed in to the Creator Dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with the third-party infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service:

• Twitch: Channel connection and chat integration.
• Supabase: Secure database storage.
• Google Cloud: Hosts the website and a server that runs the chat bot and workflow automation.
• Google Gemini: AI chat processing.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Community data and viewer facts are kept until deletion is requested. Streamers can delete individual remembered facts directly in the Creator Dashboard at any time. Streamers can also pause the bot at any time from their dashboard settings without disconnecting.

Disconnecting Wrenone from Twitch stops the bot and removes account access tokens, but does not delete previously stored data. Streamers and viewers can request complete deletion of their stored data by emailing ahmad@wrenone.com, which is processed manually.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. All data in transit is encrypted via modern TLS protocols, and stored data is protected using role-based access control and secure database policies. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
